From 2 different jobs firstly we were asked to check the floor of a 3.5t lorry. At a glance you may think it looks ok, but as we looked closer, the whole floor was completely rotten, so it was ripped out and replaced.
Secondly the ramp of this lorry was in a similar condition . It was stipped back and replaced with new base, rubber and runners.
The sides had blown on this Equitrek. We fitted it with two new sides, windows and doors. As you can see from the photos the sides were rotten.
No job is too big (or smal), when it comes to keeping our precious equine cargo safe.
We are happy to carry out welding work too, at your place or mine.
This truck was an old but good one, and getting a new exhaust box was proving tricky. We couldn't get a new part, so repaired the one we had. Huge hole was patched over and now good as new.
Same lorry needed some TLC along the backof the ramp. Rusty parts removed, ramp cleaned and new reinforced plates welded in place. As good as new.
This HB510 came to us for its annual service and we discovered one of the sides was rotten. It was completely stripped down, replaced and repainted.
